"When the only complaint you have about an establishment is you want a bit more of their wonderful food on the plate, it’s a pretty good sign you’ve stumbled into something amazing. I’ve had a lot of pancakes in my life and I’ve never had them this fluffy and flavorful. I found myself wanting them to be a little larger, or just one more of them if keeping them this size is what caused them to be awesome. The biscuits and gravy were also a hit and it took will power to leave behind something called pina colada cheesecake that was staring at me lovingly from the sweets case. I found the staff incredibly friendly and wouldn’t care if they were purple with green spots if they can operate a successful venture in the gayborhood then it’s pancakes for everyone! It shouldn’t matter and we should all really work to care less about details as long as the environment is friendly and inclusive."
