"We LOVE RRS. We frequent the Pensacola location, my stepmom has always raves about it. We were so excited when they came to pace. Prices are high and not available online unless you search for different menus, but the one on their site does not) we’ve ALWAYS had great experiences. This last time, not so much. First, no masks and people sitting at every table, no distancing which is just sad to see. We got a Togo order. 82. 2 kids meals with filet mignon and rice and 3 sides of rice with filet mignon. Some other things too, but this issue is with the mignon. Kids meals 9.95 sides rice with mignon, 10.95 we didn’t know when ordering cuz no prices) anyway, between the 3 sides there was 5 pieces of meat. Three in 1 side, 2 in one and none in the last. FOR 11!!!!! When I called the OWNER TOLD ME NO REFUNDS. Even tho I paid with credit AND CASH. Offered me 2 free sides of rice with mignon next time. Your the OWNER AMY and YOU CANT ACCESS your OWN ???? I know times are hard, but if your gonna charge 11 for sides of rice, there better be meat in them."
