"Celebrated my birthday with dinner at The Rex. It was lovely. The staff signed a birthday card for me and I had a delicious meal of steak tartare, filet, brussel sprouts and good wine. My desert was complimentary and was absolutely delicious…the Sundae made with hazelnut soft serve. Wow. The service was excellent even though it was quite busy. Overall wonderful experience."
