"My wife and I are long time Derby Customers. 30+ years). The past 2 times we have been in we have had problems. The second to last time we had the Tomahawk Steak for a celebratory dinner. The meat was barely warm and the sides were room temperature. Anyone can have a bad doy so we wrote it off to having a bad day. All the other times we had been in during the past 30 years, it has been great. Last hight we came in for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. My wife ordered the Derby Delite with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Both were room temperature. Very disappionting. They did take it off the bill, but that's not the idea of a celebration. Two times in a row and we're having doubts about going back which is a shame as we really loved the place. Right now I'm not sure I would reccomend it to a friend."
