"This is the second time in three years I’ve made a reservation for dinner only to have to go somewhere else because we were not able to eat. The first time they were supposedly doing renovations and we were turned away even after they had taken our reservation. Three years later we tried to go there again yesterday. Our reservation was confirmed by phone last Thursday and when we arrived we told the restaurant had to close because of an emergency. So after they called me to confirm, I was not called to tell me I would not be served again. Completely u professional so we called Le Yaca Virginia Beach and they not only took our reservation right away they guaranteed my seating at my favorite table with only minutes notice. I will never try and eat at TradeWinds again. What a joke! You seriously need to get your act together"
