"My visit to Matera deserves somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. I stopped at a Monday afternoon and the place was full of high schoolers. Every time a place in the week is so, it is a good sign. I went with a few recommendations for a first timer, but I ended up with the H7 and I'm glad I did. It was one of the best vodka chicken parms I ever had. The woman asked what bread I wanted and I let her choose. She recommended the Ciabatta, and it was the only best Ciabatta I ever had. It absorbed the vodka sauce perfectly while the perfect tackiness on the outside. It was a little different than a standard chicken parm in that there were large pieces of mozz on the chicken instead of just a melted layer. Great, fantastic sandwich!"
