"The service at this restaurant was quick and attentive. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the spirits and wine menu. We started with the deviled eggs, which were well worth the $6 price for half an egg each. The sashimi-style presentation was a burst of flavors, combining egg, pickled, mustardy, and creamy elements. Next, we tried the bone marrow, which was served with ramps and garlic buttered bread, giving it a rustic and Appalachian vibe. It melted in our mouths and was absolutely delicious. I would fly back across the country just to have the bone marrow again! I am visiting from Portland, OR. For our main course, my husband and I had the fried chicken and pork chop, both cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. We finished our meal with banana bread topped with fluff, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream, which was fantastic."
