"I'm not a Risotto expert, but I don't know how many Risotto-specific restaurants there are. However, Risotto House in Rutherford is a must for those who enjoy a Risotto court. I must say that the beginning of my experience was careful because I was not very well welcomed. When I waited to sit, nobody came to me. Then when I asked for a table, the waiter looks at the clock based on the ~1 hr. Time to close. It was not very welcoming to close regardless of the short time. But that was a little corrected with average waiter service after I set myself. I ordered the Risotto con rigola, radicchio gambieri and I must say that I was surprised how good this dish was. The inclusion of the Radicchio complemented this court enormously. It gives every bite a delicious crispy and earthy taste. As usual, the risotto was very creamy and the shrimps added a good buttery seafood flavor to the dish. I'm pretty interested in how good their other Risotto dishes must be. The interior is what you would usually find in an Italian restaurant. It has a good, chic decor good for a casual or date night. The parking lot is rich in parking at the park Ave."
