"So we usually live this restaurant. The food is authentic old school, red sauce Italian. Even at this last visit the food was good. But when we arrived, there was a big party in this very small restaurant. They basically screamed through their dinner. I don't blame the restaurant for it. They had no control over rude, harmful customers. What they had over control was the 1(minutes before someone harassed even to bring us menus. Or the 20 minutes they took to be us, then they left, even though they had always asked. I understood they had a big and difficult group. But they're understated, maybe they shouldn't take such a big group. I hesitate to pick this restaurant on the side, the food is so good. But that was absurd. And instead of my ordinary 4, I have no choice but a third. And the only reason why they get this is because I live their food and because we were there earlier than I would have given them 5"
