"A group of friends headed over to The Whole Enchilada for mid-week dinner and everyone loved their meal. I ordered the Tree Hugger burrito which included Tofu, Mexican Rice, Black Or Pinto Beans, Jack Cheddar Cheese, Pico De Gallo, Lettuce, Avocado. It was very good and quite large. My partner ordered the Fajita Quesadilla with Grilled flour or whole wheat tortilla, filled with roasted peppers onions, jack cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo on the side. He loved the dish. One of our friends and our brother ordered the Cheeseburger Chimichanga with a Flour tortilla filled with ground beef, mexican rice, pinto beans, grilled onion, jack cheddar cheese, avocado, covered with jack, cheddar cotija cheese, and smothered in queso. topped with pico de gallo. He said it was amazing. One ordered the Fajita Quesadilla with Grilled flour or whole wheat tortilla, filled with roasted peppers onions, jack cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo on the side and enjoyed that dish as well. Service was excellent and we sat outside enjoying the warm weather. Very good Mexican food. Loved the Tofu."
