"We are long-time fans of Livia's Dish (Altea's sister location), and tried Altea's for the first time today. It was even more delicious than we expected! I had the short rib omelette, my husband had blueberry french toast, and our son had the kids' french toast. All were incredible! The service was great, and it's so awesome having great breakfast/brunch spots that also serve really good coffee! It's hard to find places that get both right. Thanks for a lovely start to our day! We'll be back soon!"

"This was not a good visit. I made a reservation for 9 people for 11:00a on 8/20. When we arrived they acted like they had no idea of the reservation and no table was ready. It took 45 mins to get served. At the end I gave them a Gold Coast loyalty card provided by the F&B Manager when I visited the month prior with the same 9 guests. No one had any idea what to do with the card which provides a 15% discount and valet parking. That took 15 mins to resolve. When I went to get the cars from valet, they had no idea about not charging for parking and that took 20 mins to resolve. The webpage clearly states that dine in is provided free valet but they are changing the rules in mid-stream. While everyone was very nice, they are either new or need appropriate training."

"AMAZING!!!! We enjoyed the forklift our first time. Cooper and the team are doing an excellent job. We sat at the bar, near the kitchen. Great opportunity to see all different dishes. We had the grilled oysters, beet salad and duck, rockfish, geese and Brussels sprouts. WOW. Lincoln at the bar, presents us several small batch gins vodkas and special drinks. To round it off, key lime cake. Such a treat. If you're in Tupelo, it'll stop. GREAT customer service."

"Enjoyed brunch here with a big group. After some wait we got seated together. We ordered wings and nachos for appetizer. Wings were really good (sweet spicy sauce) nachos were ok. The burger was delicious, but the fries…. were not. Chicken n French toast: the toast was not fully saturated therefore dry in the middle. I was missing the moist cinnamon-y French toast I’m used to. Chicken was the same as in the nachos, good. Yummy grits! The pitchers were hitting and they were super present with refills and any help. Glassware needs to be properly cleaned and dried. Multiple people in my party and other people were asking for fresher glassware. Service was spectacular everyone is so kind, shout out Manuel and Dave! Thank you Music could be a little lower, but overall good music, decor and vibes."

"the customer service was terrible. we waited almost 10 minutes to get water. when we finished our meal, our server was not where it could be found. we waited almost 20 minutes before we ask another server if we could get a togo box and our jack. she even didn't know where our server was. we sat on the back with another table. when we left the server that helped us to apologize and said that our server was held at the table with a big party. unacceptable in my eyes, especially when there were 3 server standing around. of course we will not be back."

"The food was good, not great. I ordered the veggie omelet, and it could have used twice as much veggies than it had. It ate kinda dry, and I was looking for more veggies. The group I was with also ordered the tiramisu pancakes, the special peach cobbler French toast, and the Columbian breakfast. The Columbian breakfast was delicious, and I was jealous I didn't order that instead. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Would I go again? Yeah, but I wouldn't order the veggie omelet again personally."

"We came for the Breakfast Buffet on a weekday morning. The setup was very nice and it was a complete buffet with both hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The service was good, but as noted, sometimes slow due to lack of help. We enjoyed our meal, and because we were hotel guests, we charged it to our room. The buffet was a bit pricy, but when we were ready to check out, we noticed we were double-charged for it. The manager of the restaurant had to resolve this, and that person was not available that day. This dampened our stay enough to reduce my review. It was eventually resolved."
