"I enjoy eating here, but we tipped in the register when we should wait until the end. Plates are dirty. Many open tables, one that was released for us, but the server forgot our party outside. Utinsils did not come out with food, plates came out dirty. Butter knives were given when steak was served and they were made of butter. Knives also came out separately from forks. Gravy didn't come out with potatoes, had to ask twice for a lot that wasn't even close enough, we gave up. After we were dreadfully served, the server gave us attitude. 3 stars for food because it's always good. But the service was terrible. Always ready to change stars, but from now on Personaling made us regret to choose this place."
