"Ate here three nights in a row on business trip. All of the staff was friendly and genuine. Second night my wife was sick and they helped me pick some things she could eat and take back to room. Very helpful. Will stay and eat here again."

"Both couples thought the meal we received was excellent in preparation and presentation. The meals we ordered were wonderful, especially the French onion soup. My petite filet mignon was cooked to perfection with Bernaise sauce to enhance. Both couples will certainly return, since this was a dining experience, not just a normal dinner out. The ambiance with period decor also sets the Harris Ranch apart from the ordinary"

"Every-time I have eaten in this deli, I ask myself why do I bother. The food is really boring and bland. The first time I had a tuna sandwich and my guy had a tuna salad, we both ended up with food poisoning. Never to be eaten again. Unfortunately, there is really nothing I could suggest that is good. The food pretty much sucks and the sports on tv any hour of the day, just makes this place worse, I didn't know this was also trying to be a sports bar!!!"

"I came to the restaurant at 1930 and the door said they closed at 8:00. So I called her and the rude lady who answered, “the restaurant closes at 8, but the kitchen closes at 730” Does that make sense? If I could give them zero stars, I would. Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Friday night for me and wife! Tonight there was a pretty good crowd, but we sat right away. This is a place where you can dress or be casual. It is located in the heart of downtown the old Suisun. Many other restaurants in the area. Besides a beautiful marina and even a few hotels. We started a few drinks. My wife ordered a Moscow Mule and I had a Suisun Sour (they take a whisky sour). It was pretty good. It was made with Templeton rye whiskey, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, orange bitter and a Wooden Valley Sangiovese float. For our meal we started ordering Brussels Sprouts. These are covered with crispy bacon and covered with balsamic glaze, parmesan cheese and crispy onions. Next was the roasted pig bell. This court is phenomenal! This rich pig bell is roasted oven with cinnamon and cloves. It is served with roasted Napa cabbage and apple Slave. It is then covered with an apple cidder glaze and crispy sweet potatoes. For our main course we both decided to go with the Ahi Poké salad. This consisted of soy-aged marinated raw Ahi Thun. About mixed greens with cucumber, radish, avocado, edamame, carrot, mango, sesame seeds and crispy ton with a sweet balsamic vinaigrette and spicy aioli. Dinner was fantastic! The service was great! The atmosphere is perfect! We will definitely come back."

"The appetizer (crispy brussel sprouts) was very good. The sides (baked potato, French fries, carrots, asparagus) ranged from very good to okay. The beef was cooked correctly however they seemed to use substandard quality (maybe select grade). The 9 oz filet was flavorless, dry, and chewy. It had been butterflied so maybe that had an impact. The prime rib was chewy and had little flavor as well. Service was good but a bit slow. Seemed expensive for the quality. Wanted to like it but it 's a one and done."

"Chicken fried steak serving was what you would expect for supper.I immediately asked for a go box for one of them. Asked for crispy hash browns, they were perfect.Only downside was gravy, noticed crumbled bacon on top, sure enough, was just milk gravy topped with bacon. A few shakes of black pepper and a drizzle of green Tabasco and it was good.Shrimp Fajitas Omelet was very good, a good mix of ingredients and plenty of Shrimp. Serving larger than expected, most of fried rice on way home with us."

"We had a weeknight dinner for five. As starters, polenta with spinach and tomatoes which was probably the best dish of the evening: creamy polenta and buttery spinach with just enough garlic; and Tuscan beans okay, but I've had better, not enough aroma; and roasted brussels sprouts very good, too, not overpowered by pancetta or too rich. Entrées: two snappers from the specials menu very good, dressed with capers; the veal osso bucco from the specials good, but I found the tomato sauce overpowering the taste of the veal, also, the vegetables I found a bit bland; chicken saltimbocca outstanding! creamy rich sauce and succulent chicken, with a fine blend of tastes; rigatone baked with four cheeses excellent: crusty cheese and tomato cream sauce. This was accompanied by a Shiraz (Barolo? from the specials list, which complemented the different foods well. The best thing of the evening was our server: she was attentive, funny, and helpful."

"I must say I was a little let down overall. When I made my reservations online. I was asked if it was a special occasion. I indicated yes, celebrating our 48th Anniversary and requested a quite table. Neither were ever acknowledged. Not sure, why you would ask these questions when making your reservation and them not even acknowledge it. It would have been nice if our server brought us a complimentary dessert to celebrate this milestone. I also ordered a side of spinach and although the menu indicated $2.00 I was charged $4.00. I did not bring this up but if your menu prices are incorrect they should be updated."

"This place has the best smoked food that I've ever had. The food and service here does not disappoint. Fast friendly local business with food that is not to be missed. The brisket plate is my favorite and the garlic bread is awesome. You can order ahead via toast, or dine in. There is more here than I can mention. Do yourself a favor at check them out whenever you are in the mood for smoked meat. You will not be disappointed."

"we had an early dinner on a Friday night and it was quiet at the time when we dictated. our server was very friendly, attentive and efficient. the beer selection was good as it contained a nice selection of local craftsmen. the food was excellent. I had the pasta independent and was the best dish of pasta that I had in dallas that I loved especially. my partner had the reuben and he was impressed. he commented that the carved bark appeared homemade, i.e. not from a package. eating was very cheap, we have definitely good value for money and will soon go back. also we had a table at the window and watch the world over (in deep ellum) was a bonus!"

"I grew up in Southern California and am very picky about my taco shops, but this place meets all my standards. The extensive menu offers a great selection, and they are open to customer suggestions and trying new things. The meat is delicious, and the hot sauce and salsa are tasty. The tortillas and toppings, such as guacamole and pico de gallo, are all very flavorful. They also serve beer. I will definitely be returning as often as I can!"

"The food was as always amazing!! Never had bad service until Saturday. Short haired girl, we felt very horny, never asked if we wanted refills, water, etc. Just put our recipe on the table and said have a good day. I was shocked, never had a bad service..
