"I finally was able to attend Maison Blanche after hearing so much about it from a friend. With high expectations I was not let down. The knowledge of the wait staff was helpful with my limitations in diet (Celiac disease). This combined with a menu that did not limit my choices, I was finally able to have a multi-course meal without sacrificing any of the courses or quality. For the entrée I got the Suckling Pig, while my girlfriend got the Risotto. Both of the meals were divine, they had high quality taste with elegant presentation. After “hogging” the suckling pig to myself, I helped myself multiple times to the Risotto. I can’t wait for my next visit to Sarasota to continue my exploration of Mason Blanche and Chef Martinez’s work."
