"After reading the reviews for 481 Gourmet, we had high expectations for this restaurant! The ambiance was romantic, with low lighting and quiet background music. Fresh tulips and beautiful table settings caught our eye. We had made reservations and were promptly seated by a lovely hostess at a beautiful table. We chose a delicious Italian entrée, but our waiter was not familiar with the wine list and had to ask for assistance. We decided on the Calabrian pepper tortellini, but unfortunately, the chef did not deliver the dish as advertised. The menu stated that the tortellini should contain sausage, paprika, cheese, and garlic, but the $32 plate we received had all the ingredients on top of plain cheese tortellini. I also ordered the scallop risotto, which was overcooked and the scallops were not properly cleaned. We were disappointed with our experience and hope that the restaurant will accept and learn from constructive criticism, as the ambiance is fantastic."
