"After seven years I have to update my review here. I live in Atlanta and this is my third office in Pasadena and I always stay on Clearlake at NASA Hilton, and years ago I found this jewel of a sushi bar. Over the last three weeks, I've been here three or four times. Tonight, Teresa, I'm going to say first, I apologize if you think I have asked too many questions and creepy boundaries - but you read my mind about exactly what I wanted, and you let me try Sea urchin, which I had a bad taste years ago and I didn't try it again and you did it and it was fantastic! I ask a lot of questions how you knew what I wanted you to be married to eat alone what your culture is... Yes of an old man It seems aggressive, but I'm a foodie. I am a personal cook part-time that will soon retire with my own place, but I do not make sushi in my fusion cooking styles that I cook in Georgia. I don't make sushi rolls at home just sashimi, but I want to see what different demographies are, who love sushi and love the combinations, but they also know how they read their customers... So if I ask if you are single, where you are from what you want, it is to help me learn my future ideas better that I will serve. Thank you. Your entry this evening was where I had to be on the way after another long night of work and third week, so I distanced myself from my colleagues as I would like to go further here while going to the tourist steak places, or other places, I would rather sit at the bar and eat fresh sushi of excellent cooks, and from a restaurant that gets the freshest fish and has a great team. Over the past 12 years I have come to Clearlake and Webster to stay in oil as gas. I was here more often than I noticed. And twice I had servers that advised me on roles, most fish combinations that may be different from what I am used to, most blue tuna and salmon in either sashimi nigiri or in a role... Just great suggestions and this place is there. Sushi is fresh. The service is perfect. The chefs behind the counter are not rookies, and they serve only the best and their presentations are fantastic. I don't look at the costs. I look at the result. I'm a sushi, fanatic, and that's where I go to Webster for sushi. No doubt the best around it! And again, Teresa... if I asked any questions because I'm an old man and I want to know how you read my mind. Everything you suggested was perfect in the restaurant... Kudos for the great team you have on board. I never had a bad meal here a missed product, a late drink or leave without being completely satisfied. Sometimes I can literally sit for hours to keep you there while I was on the bill that is not fair for the restaurant when I was closing because I was in the store and I know how it is, but I tried to follow the guidelines so that they clean and out of the restaurant on time. I can't tell you how pleased I am to find a sushi bar close to my office with so talented help, fresh fish, great service and great chefs. Very recommended! All servers have been discovered and if you don't try it, you're missing. Please don't order California reels because they don't have fresh fish, look for suggestions and trust them. Again, I literally ate something that I didn't want to eat in my head again and my mind was changed. This is the sushi bar for Pasadena or Webster and Clearlake. Enjoy!
