"Additionally, all the pictures I had seen online showcased tacos topped with pico de gallo and jalapeños, but mine came with nothing. The refried beans were decent, but I noticed small pieces of bacon or chorizo mixed in. I’ve been vegan for four years, and this was the first time I unknowingly ingested meat. I felt awful after realizing what had happened. I was misled into thinking I was eating vegan food, and it left me feeling betrayed by the staff's claims. My friend ordered chicken tacos, but after we had paid, she found out that they were out of chicken. The staff didn’t even apologize for the oversight, which was frustrating since she doesn’t eat other types of meat and couldn’t eat anything else. A simple apology or some compassion would have been appreciated. The ambiance of the restaurant was okay, but it felt somewhat dirty, with fingerprints on mirrors and crumbs on the tables. My three tiny tacos, beans, and a drink cost $15, while my partner got a huge plate of pork tacos fully dressed for just $12, and that included a side. It feels like they're taking advantage of vegan customers. How is it that three small tacos with maybe ten tiny Brussels sprouts cost more than a generous serving of roasted pork? I recommend avoiding this location; while the eastern one might be better, the western location clearly does not prioritize vegan customers and serves subpar food."
