"That's all. Red robin must be one of the underestimated chain restaurants out there. Surely there are chili's, tgi fridays, apples and many others, but this place has the most creative and exciting menu around and the other places just SUCK! the Burger menu is one of the most crazy I've seen, but crazy in a good way. with almost 30 to choose and many not as your typical burger there is always something for everyone. Red Robin also has large fish and chip selections, a fantastic chili and a pretty daring good mac n cheese dish. I just recently got the Whisky River bbq chicken sandwich and turkeyburger to go and I swear they were the best I had in a restaurant in a very long time. This is my new favorite chain restaurant. Add a gorgeous orange smoothie it was all down and I am filled. the mountain high mudd pie is the best time so I need to go a rush home and stick it into the freezer so that it does not melt. It makes a great late snack."

"AWESOME Gluten Free bun for the burger!! We actually had to ask again, Are you sure this is Gluten Free? Yup! Apparently, they have had that compliment several times. Derek, our Awesome Server, knew all the ins-and-outs of the Gluten Free menu, and was able to walk us through it. The breaded onion straws and other such breaded things are NOT fried with the fries, so there is no cross-contamination !! Derek even knew that the BBQ sauce had some Glutens, and was able to warn us about it!! Yes, they have the Impossible Burger for vegetarian folk! I had a GREAT black and bleu burger. For good measure, we took a very-meat pizza home with us, on a Gluten Free crust."

"the staff was so nice, our waiter was great. I wish I could remember his names! eating was good and plentiful. I ordered the delivery from here before, but never ordered the mile high muddy cake because I thought it wouldn't transport well. I was thrilled to try it since we were fed, but the waiter said they were no longer on camp and had three weeks. I owe it to the persistent supply chain. because this location is located in the shopping center northridge, there were many parking spaces and we waited only about 3 minutes to take the spot. the place was clean, but there was a girl that showed up directly at our table while we were sitting there, and there was no quick sweep. a person in our party was really upset. She should just sweep if nobody's at the table. other than that, great experience. I will certainly continue to have made deliveries and occasionally dinate."

"I was very disappointed for the cost of our tab. My choice of a burning love burger with impossible patty was soggy and sloppy. I was able to get through maybe a quarter of it. When I was asked if I wanted a box, I actually said that I didn't like it and I was told that it was a bummer. No effort to correct my discontent or hunger. It was not busy, but we also had a long wait for drinks refills and were almost finished eating before we want more from our groundless sides. "We used to love going to Red Robin and were regulars, but this recent visit was the worst we've ever had. We tried to order appetizers on the self-serve kiosk, but it wasn't working. Eventually, we ordered our appetizers and entrees together. The appetizers were delicious when they finally arrived, but after waiting 30 minutes, our entrees still hadn't shown up. Finally, a server who wasn't even assigned to our table brought out our food, which was cold. The chicken on my daughter's dish was burnt, dry, and hard. She tried to eat it but could only manage one bite before giving up. My burger was barely even room temperature and the fries looked like they had been sitting out for a while. I didn't ask for a remake because I was worried about the staff "retaliating." Sadly, we will be saying goodbye to Red Robin after this disappointing experience."

"Had lunch here Yesterday with my Son upon arrival at our table, the waitress took our beverage order and asked if we would like something to start and suggested fries or onion rings. My son ordered the onion rings, and we found out later that apparently unlimited fries are included with a burger. Some time later the onion rings arrived, all 14 of them in a single tower (I think they were around $8 or $9) they were large but nasty, very greasy and made our mouths burn of salt. The two sauces that came with them were also very nasty salty, we were able to choke down a few by smothering them in ketchup, but could not eat most of them. – I guess for the money we also got “all the onion rings we could eat”. We took them home and gave them to our dogs which immediately had to go outside and vomit.? ! I could not find a simple hamburger on the menu, so I ordered the simplest I could find a fancy sounding cheeseburger. My son ordered some other “hamburger” when they arrived they were to tall to get in any normal person’s mouth. I had to diss-assemble mine to be able to eat it. It was pretty standard, except for some relish-ketchup, etc concoction which did not taste all that good when sampled alone. – Again a lot of salt. Other than the fancy sounding names, nasty sauce (again) and being impossible to fit in our mouths, the burgers were not all that special, and not all that great. I’ve certainly had more better for a lot less… $35.00 for two hamburgers and onion rings, my son had a soda, and I had ice water!!!! WOW! Even though our server was friendly, the service was only adequate, nothing special to justify the expensive price of the not-so great meal!"
