"You make it impossible to tell what customers are ordering. None of your items have descriptions on GrubHub or DoorDash and when I try to look at the menu online, all it shows is the menu for your sandwiches. I would expect, at a minimum that you have descriptions of your drinks on the food delivery services that people are using. What’s an All Nighter? What flavors are available for your Italian sodas? Why can’t I chose the flavors I want to infuse my Monster/Red Bill/Rockstar with? Requested a refund but won’t be ordering from you again. You should know not to mess with people and their coffee. Absolutely disappointed and will never be purchasing again….especially since I don’t know what I will be getting…."
