"1st, it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and the inside of the restaurant was closed. 2nd, the line for the drive-thru was around the building and into the streets because the building wasn't open. 3rd, I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with caramel, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. They charged me $0.99 extra for one cherry and there wasn't any caramel on my Sunday. The line was too long to go back 2 rectify the problem. I asked the cashier, when I got to the window, to repeat my order and it was still wrong"
