"Just had the best Brat pig I had since I moved from South Florida. Small place at the end of a strip-mall, in my experience that is where you find the best food and that was one of these situations. Order at the counter to sit a few tables and they also did a large take-out volume. I had the above mentioned roast pork, which was super delicate, moist and so tasteful that you didn't need the extra lime. The black beans were perfectly seasoned and the correct amount of liquid to suck in rice, but not soup. The sweet plantains were just at the border of the caramelized mushiness and had this perfect toothy bite with the crispy/stacky edges. My father had the fried pork sheds, which were somewhat less tasteful, but still professionally prepared with well made carvings of melting fat together with the delicate meat. Everything is super clean and the service is very friendly. I told the woman at the switch (the owner I think was the best Cuban food I had in 10 years and irradiated her. I must go back to breakfast (Chicharron Breakfast?!? Yes, please and lunch (croquettes sandwich! ."
