(Most places overtrim Prime Rib before serving as customers think they should only get meat when a Premium Prime Rib Steak, but this South 40 knows that it is better to leave and hear an occasional Why I pay for 4 ounces of fat than the Prime Rib 's taste to compromise. Perfectly cooked medium. The restaurant on the ground floor looks like a rustic salon/restaurant 1960-70 with dark wood, burgundy carpet and a well-stocked salad bar. I married to a Greek restaurant family and appreciate good food and great places. South 40 is a rare find. This is a great place. If you're near Sidney, you owe it to you to stop here. Sunday evening at 6:30 was a good time to come, not too busy, and well occupied. Carmen, my waitress, was great."
