"This place is great. When they have great teens working and giving our youth a chance to gain experience and a alternative to running the streets.not many jobs Cater to our youth and nor do they get to run anythign.but last night on November 11th 2019.. My 8 year old and i came in . the counter person was so patient while he read. Every kind of ice cream one by one. He is learning to read every thing. But it can taks.a long time . the great customer service from the rather tall young man was terrific. Deserve to be told so !"

"I go to Baskin Robbins because they are one of the few places that always has Black Walnut Ice Cream. You can't find it in the stores. I usually get really good service here. But on this particular day, the clerk was DEEPLY involved in a non work related conversation when I walked in. It took her a while to acknowledge me. She seemed indifferent and annoyed. Oh well. Smells GREAT in there."

"We were going to try it on Black Friday big mistake. The line was almost a city block long. Went back on Monday at 11 am and the only ones there for enough time to enjoy the fantastic ice cream"

"Pretty good ice cream in the past! Just want to clarify that there are issues with the corporate website, so I was unable to get a free birthday ice cream scoop. I was clearly signed up in the system with birthday listed, etc. But the website and app showed an error message 2 days ago as well as today. It was a lot of set up for no results."

"Overall, it's a typical Baskin Robbins. The service was good, but there was no restroom available, and they wouldn’t allow me to wash my hands in the sink. While that might be their policy, it seems quite inconvenient."
