"The service was generally fine, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. Our orders arrived in a reasonable time and looked decent, but when I tried the green chili, I was disappointed. It tasted like canned enchilada sauce with some crushed green chili mixed in. The potatoes underneath were dry and flavorless, and while the pork was well-cooked, it lacked seasoning and character.
My friend ordered the Cowboy Benedict, which looked good, but it was smothered in the same disappointing sauce, so I can't say it was impressive either. However, he did mention that the poached eggs were cooked to perfection, which is no easy feat.
I was also curious about the Bark Bun made with real pork, but after tasting the carrots that came with it, I wasn't eager to try more. The restaurant offers regular hash browns or roasted potatoes; I opted for the roasted ones, which were not good, but my friend’s hash browns looked much better. Perhaps if they paired the pork with their regular hash browns, it might be more enjoyable.
Most of the three stars I gave were for the service, as it was prompt and attentive, but the food fell short of my expectations."
