"Once again, Banyan Tree does not disappoint. I travel to Seattle several times a year and this is the one restaurant that I MUST visit every time. The food is fresh, nicely seasoned with delicate flavors, and carefully prepared. The presentation is beautiful, as is the entire restaurant. The menu contains the standard fare that you would find at a Thai restaurant, but there are many other unusual dishes. Our group of four had fresh spring rolls, the crispy rice salad, Panang chicken curry, Pad Thai with shrimp, and at the owner’s suggestion, Trout Salad, and Crying Tiger (Marinated NY strip, sticky rice, and a light spicy lime sauce). The portions are generous. If you want the sticky rice and mango dessert (highly recommended), order it when you place your order as they run out. There are many fine Asian restaurants in Seattle but this one is outstanding. Don’t miss Banyan Tree."
