"We had reservations at 7:30. We got there at 7:15. They did not Seat until 830. After we sat down, we didn’t have a waiter. Come and ask us for our drink order for about 40 minutes they had forgot about our table. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever been to. Service was terrible. I would not go back."

"So the reviews are right in case you’re wondering. Yelp has a 2.8, Google is a little more nice. Check your receipt. First and foremost we were almost charged an extra $45 for a meal that was ordered by another party at our table. Food was ok, you can def have better hibachi elsewhere. I had the Philadelphia type roll and it was cool. Chicken fried rice lacked seasoning but ok. My bf got the chicken hibachi and there was a burnt piece of chicken…and too much lemon added so it tasted pretty acidic. Ambience was beautiful, no problem with correcting the ticket. Prob won’t be back but it was nice we showed up towards the evening without a reservation and was served with no issues."

"My team had a hibachi room. We had 2 waiters, but neither one knew what the other was doing and kept forgetting drink and food items. Everyone ordered hibachi, but one person. They never brought our soup or salad to the table before the meal and didn’t bring them at all/ The hibachi chef was underwhelming, he didn’t do anything special. 2 of us ordered white rice and they forgot that as well- we had to ask. We also had a birthday that we requested a special dessert, they forgot the dessert and brought it after we paid and as we stood up to leave."

"My friend and I ordered the mixed family pack, which came with 6 drumsticks and 6 tenders, both of which were super juicy and flavorful. My only complaint was that the skin was a bit too crispy.The family pack also came with rice, pickled cabbage, and 2 sides. We got the curry creamed corn and potato salad and both were delicious.We also got a pitcher of the Asahi lychee cocktail. The first sip was good, but there was way too much lychee syrup in it.There were only 5 tables inside when I was there, so you’re probably going to have wait a bit. This place is super popular. We waited for about half an hour and there were a lot of people waiting for their takeout orders too."
