"Our first time here. The waitress was very friendly however we waited 20 minutes just to get water. Another 20 for drinks! After sitting for 30 minutes we had to ask her to take our order. No checking on the table to refill water or ask if you want another drink. The owner of the restaurant delivers the food but doesn’t ask if you want another drink. Not very enjoyable eating a meal with no beverage! Food was ok nothing special!"

"Drinks are amazing, food was pretty solid, but my only real complaint is that the dishes were just oddly shape or too small for the food, making it a bit harder to eat. The prawn rolls were served in a brandy snifter, so dipping it back in the sauce was hard. The duck noodles were overflowing on the plate, so it just lead to spilling some food when trying to eat. The rest of my party felt the same way"

"Aesthetically appealing atmosphere. Wish service and food and coffee matched it. We asked our croissant to be warm and it was cold. Cappuccino serving small is like really small it felt it was only 1/4 filled and all froth p to the brim. Service was lack luster.After you order, they bring your order to your table but they don’t give you utensils and napkins. You have to pick it up yourself. Same thing for coffee, they bring you the coffee but you need to go back to the counter area where the server was and get your sugar and ask for cream from them. Interesting service protocol. Laziness. Staff prefers to chit chat loudly by the counter. no warm greeting as you come in. They were smiling when you get to the counter at least but no add on chit chat to personalize their customer interaction. Overrated in tiktok."

"This is where my daughters turning 6 10 really wanted to go for her birthday. So we spent the weekend in Vegas and had breakfast here! The service was so good and fast! The lady that helped us was super sweet and even made my daughter a happy birthday plate with a cup cake!! They both said it was the best part of Vegas! We definitely we be visiting when we go to Vegas again!"

"This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails and a beer; the first cocktail was excellent, the second was average, and the third was disappointing. The calamari appetizer was delicious. However, the burger and pizza we ordered for our entrees were just average. They tasted like they were made from generic ingredients and not worth the price. It's a pity because we loved the ambiance and the service was outstanding."

"Terrible service. The girl looked at us multiple times and continued to ignore us for close to 15 minutes not even offering water they were not very busy mind you. The menu that’s online versus the menu that is actually available is terrible. $30 for seabass… cute atmosphere but when we decided not to order other than an appetizer, because we couldn’t find anything we liked on the menu, she became very rude and ignored us even longer. Definitely won’t be giving it another try."

"My mother and I did the potion class that seemed so expensive until we expected you to get a drink when you start and to conceive you 2 additional "friends". 3 strong drinks and the magical experience? Every penny worth it. We received a 20% discount voucher for the restaurant at the end of the “class” so we decided to stay. I had the vegcake (a kind of vegan pancake with coconut milk with side salad and my mother had a sweet and spicy tofu dish with Buchchoy from her special menu. Absolutely delicious. All employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful and always in character. Also, it helped the least expensive meal we had in NYC even before the 20% off. I highly recommend the drinking class (only mention you are vegan, they remember, and the restaurant is a good way to afterward with delicious food (or eat beforehand to preempt the effects of the alcohol!). The best I did all winter holidays."
