"Made a reservation two days in advance and specified that my significant other and I would be celebrating our 5 year anniversary in the “comment” section of making the reservation. We arrived right on time, and were taken upstairs to our “table for two”…. In the party room. There were two tables of 6-8 people at each of them. It was loud, not intimate at all, and after nobody had come to our table to greet us or take our drink orders, I decided to call the restaurant from the table. I expressed my disappointment in a polite, but firm, manner, and within 30 seconds, the manager was at our table. He was very apologetic, offered us a cocktail menu, and said the first round was on the house. Then, he kindly moved us to a booth in the bar area which had a much nicer ambiance. The server was super nice, and the service was perfect for the rest of the night! And the food was DELICIOUS! They turned our disappointing start to a great experience and finish. They even comped our dessert! Will definitely be going back! :"
