"eating was in order (decent burek, slightly underwhelming cevapi.) that would have been good for 4 stars. the environment was somewhat unwilling. we were greeted by a silent, indifferent view for about 6 seconds. Maybe they were recently busy, tired, or it was a cultural thing, but the star, while we asked if they were still open, was strange. then we asked for water for him to drink; we were brought to bottle water without explanation. we assumed that if they tell us not only a bottle and a price, it was complementary (that was our experience a few times.) it was not complementary as we found out when we pay the bill. to clarify, we were not disregarded or treated rudely; we only felt as if we were a little inconvenient for the employees to show up. Of course, we were not happy to be charged water that we were not informed, had a price, and only when we were paying we learned that it was only cashless (which we had fortunately this time) if they had cash and simply want a meal without interruptions or interaction with the staff, this is honestly a perfect choice. only not our favorite environment."
