"A friend was in town, and I was tasked with figuring out what to do for dinner. A coworker suggested this place as a great, inexpensive spot in the lower haight. Dinner came, and went, and a good time was had by all. A couple folks were eating ethiopian food for the first time, and were in for a shock w/ the lack of utensils, and the communal eating experience. We had a group of 8, and we were taking up a ton of space, so going with a smaller group is probably wise. Our group ended up ordering 3 meat dishes, and the veggie platter for four. While both were tasty, everyone was definitely favoring the veggies which were packed with flavor. All in all, a great spot to get your hands dirty and fill your belly! (Might want to pack that Purell, everyone is eating with their hands after all…"
