"Am (was) a regular, and used to the slow kitchen. However, tonight food was over 1.5 hrs. to get to the table, and when it did 1/3 of order did not arrive. When Mgmt. finally came they were unapologetic, and rude when advised of issues was told if I did not like it, don 't come back. Have been in restaurant industry for years and used to off nights. It 's how the customer is taken care of that counts. They have lost a local regular , and will take my business elsewhere where it appreciated in these times."
