I went to pick up my pizza and upon arriving realized I had ordered the completely wrong thing. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner, they couldn’t have been nicer about it. "Forbearance! Platz is hands down the worst pizza place I've ever experienced. The pizza was undercooked and just plain awful. I ordered delivery tonight, and the pizza looked like it had been tossed around in the box, with the cheese sticking to the top. I even pointed this out to the delivery person, but there's a reason I chose delivery in the first place. I've never seen anyone complain openly about undercooked pizza there in all these years. To make matters worse, the wings were overly salty. I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review if I hadn’t been treated so poorly. I just had to share my experience."

My mother contacted the place and spoke with the owner who has a really thick accent and constantly cut her off while she was speaking , refused to refund her money or remake her food. The owner disconnected the call on my mother. I am disgusted with the manner it which this situation was handled."

However, I have noticed that they have recently increased their prices and now charge a $1.25 fee for credit card transactions. Furthermore, I have also discovered that they are skimping on the amount of meat in their sandwiches. After seeing the poor quality of my last sandwich, I have decided that I will not be returning to this establishment. It is disappointing to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer. I will now be on the lookout for a new pizza shop, but I am confident that I will find a suitable replacement. Farewell Mannino's, it was a good run."
