"Need to point out the unprofessional treatment I received at this location in the Drakes at Paddock shops. Let me begin by saying that I live less than a quarter mile from the location and I am in the restaurant twice a week. I typically bring my work associates with me so I spend roughly $150-200 dollars a week there. This evening I came in with my co-worker and my wife and ordered approximately $140 dollars of food and drinks. During the visit a bill for $70 was slipped in front of me without explanation which I assumed was the bartender leaving for the evening and wanting to get paid for her service. approximately two hours into the evening the bartender said that this was a previous bill that was not paid by me. I told her that I had no problem paying the bill but that this should have been brought to my attention previously. This was an honest mistake as the last time in was in I was with two co-workers and we each thought that we paid the bill. She then brought the manager over who was who said he didnt explain what happened because he was trying to be discrete. I found this offensive as this assumes I would not have paid my bill intentionally. When I tried to explain this the manager on duty he became argumentative instead of being understanding. I then said I had no problem paying the bill and the previous bill but explained that I had ordered food almost an hour ago and it was not delivered. (I am assuming they did not bring it thinking I was going to leave without paying again instead of having a conversation. He said he would bring it, when he did I gave it away to the gentlemen next to us. At this point it was not about the food. I ended up paying both bills but said I would not leave a tip because of how we were treated. The manager then came over and said that me and my co-worker had to leave because we were rude to the bartender. I believe I have an option to leave a tip or not based on how I am treated and tonight I was treated poorly in this location. I typically spend $300-400 dollars a month in the location as I live so close but probably will not be doing that going forward. I am a regional manager running 20 retail locations doing business in Kentucky and know what good customer service looks like. This was not it. Hopefully I will hear back from the general manager of this location."
