"The hibachi meats are plain-tasting but come with amazing sauces, BUT they forget to put the sauces in very frequently and the hibachi dinners really aren't good without the sauces. If you call them about it they tell you to talk to Doordash, and the Doordash refund for missing sauces is $2 (on a $30 hibachi meal). It's happened to us periodically, including the last three times we ordered: over $100 each time and the food was worse than we could have made at home. We end up disappointed and feeling like we were ripped off."
