"So we came here after a late night movie in Waterford. Never come out to this area very often and we just wanted somewhere that wasn't closing immediately. Hot pot is usually always good. Came here and it wasn't crowded at all, food was kinda bland. Got 2 broths. Miso and meat broth. The miso was way better than the meat broth the meat broth was very lacking in flavor. The sauces were good, the all you can eat bar had a decent selection but I wondered how long all that raw food had been sitting out for hours. The foodbar and frozen meat case definitely weren't very clean. The tongs that tons of people touched with their hands were just sitting inside the meat containers...at least I boiled everything in scalding hot broth to kill any potential contaminants. It wasn't the worst meal at all. But it definitely wasn't the best. The service was almost non-existent but that's okay because it's an all you can eat place you mostly do the service yourself. Eh service. Kinda dirty restaurant. Sorta bland food. It was very filling at least. For the price we paid, I think I would go elsewhere for sure next time."
