"Be cautious when reserving hibachi on opentable. They display reservation times that are not actually available. We received a call an hour before our reservation informing us of this, and had to engage in multiple conversations with the manager to finally figure out how to accommodate us at a time slot 15 minutes later. This wouldn't have been an issue except it was a reservation for a double birthday party and we had guests driving in over an hour to meet us. Despite technically accommodating the reservation, our party was seated poorly and we waited at least 15 minutes before ordering a drink, another 15 to receive all the drinks, and a total of 45 minutes before we received our food order."

"the early rolls I ordered were hot and crisp (a plus) but so salty the only reason why I ate 2 of 3 of them was because I was very hungry! let me say I'm a big fan of salt. I tasted the beef meat, which was just in order, gave away the rest. the service was fast and very polite, but I will not come back because eating was terrible."

"They're cheap and close by so I've ordered from them a few times. Yesterday I ordered four chicken teriyaki lunch specials and they all smelled sour. How do you sell customers rotten food? Business is tough cause of Covid19 but to not throw out bad food to make sales is not a good practice to sustain your business, especially in a smaller community."

"Terrible. Sushi was not good quality. It was super expensive the all-you-can-eat. And to top it off, the waitress was super passive-aggressive. We left one roll of sushi that tasted so bad, and I respectfully tried to tell her that it was not to our liking. She rebutted that the fish is super fresh and that there is no way that it tastes bad instead of easily not charging us for the left over sushi. Because, yes, if you leave a roll of sushi, they will charge you how much the roll is worth and that roll in particular was 15.00$ extra. She charged us the 15.00$ extra for leaving a roll that tasted like plastic and laughed because she thought we were wrong and making it up. So the bill was hefty and the food was terrible, and to top it off, the service doesn’t do anything to compensate for the bad food. I paid and left and never looked back. It does not deserve a 4.1 rating, that is being generous. Plus it is not a buffet, it is all you can eat but it is crazy expensive."

"we thoroughly enjoyed our meal at kuro. we are huge fans of nobu, but we felt that most of the dishes we tried at kuro were even better than nobu's. and the service was excellent we only wished that there were more items on the menu and, i must say, the pricing on the wine list was really high!"

"Yesterday my cousin and I visited this place for the first time and I must say we were very impressed by the decor, service and delicious food. Simson was our waiter who was so attentive, friendly and quick with the service. All of the appetizers and entrees was so fresh and tasty. For apps we had the shumai and gyoza ? pork dumplings. For entree we had crunchy tuna and crab rolls, a volcano roll, shrimp tail roll, seafood fried rice and general Tso chicken. The interior of the restaurant was a cultural Japanese ambience from the furniture, art, and seating style. We will definitely be visiting this place again. The food and service is excellent."

"While many of us are avoiding eating in restaurants and trying to navigate how to handle the news about the latest surge in Omricon cases, here's some GREAT news! Ichiro Fusion on Mamaroneck Avenue offers terrific delivery services and an outstanding menu! We recently ordered a selection of items from their online menu. Everything from their miso soup to their main courses arrived hot and delicious to our door! We never saw the delivery guy, instead our order was left at our front door so there was zero anxieties about coming into contact with anyone. The other good news is that while we were guaranteed that the food would arrive in about forty minutes in came much sooner so we we exceptionally pleased with our ordering and dining experience!"

"We didn?t wait long for a hibachi table we both had steak and scallops. We definitely got a lot of food. Salad and soup, fried rice,noodles, vegetables,2 shrimp, steak and scallops. We got our bill they charged an 18% gratuity so I didn?t give an extra tip. On the way out we saw the sign that says they charge all dine in customers 18%. My husband and I always tip well over the rate if you are a good server. But if you are going to tell me what your tip is then that is allyou will be paid."
