"Went in today ordered a turkey hoagie and buffalo wings. Asked for my wings to be well done. Made sure that the person taking the order, whom I believe may have been the manager, acknowledged my request. Well, my wings were not cooked well done, as requested, rendering them, for me, inedible. The hoagie wasn 't bad but, it wasn 't what I wanted to eat in the moment. I was very disappointed and annoyed that my request was ignored. I say ignored because there weren 't any other customers in the store therefore, there seemed to be nothing that would hinder the wings from being cooked for additional minutes. If my request would cause a problem, I would have rather been told and I would have kept my money. I don 't have a problem with being told No but, I do have a problem throwing money away."
