"Del 's Cafe is a must go breakfast destination when we fly fish in SE Minnesota. Located on Hwy 74 when it passes through St. Charles, MN. Their breakfast skillets are among the best I 've sampled from everywhere. My favorite is the smoked sausage skillet but any of them are fine. Nothing fancy but very good, simple food. This is the hangout for the locals and it has a comfortable, friendly, hometown atmosphere."
