"We made a reservation and were sat outside in a “heated” tent. It was degrees outside and there was only one heater for a large tent. It was freezing! The area in the tent was filthy!! Food all on the ground. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. We waited for minutes in the cold for our server, they never came and then we left."

"The few times I have tried this restaurant the food has been okay but the service is very poor compared to others in the downtown Kalamazoo area. In my most recent experience my wife and I took my elderly father and my daughter with her child. The place was busy but certainly not full. There was a minimum of wait staff working the floor. It took over an hour for our meal to arrive (which is difficult on senior citizens and children) and when it did the food was dried out and looked awful. I called the manager over and complained but she insisted that the food had just come out of the kitchen. It had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for an extended period of time. The manager did not agree with me but how would she know because I noticed that she went out for smoke breaks when she should have been helping out. We refused the food for the poor condition and did not pay. The manager had the audacity to charge us for two beers for the hour we waited for the substandard food. Because of the service I will not go back again. I don't know who owns this place but they better start paying attention. Are you listening brew master Dan?"

"I made reservations about Andriaccios website with Open Table. When we came to the restaurant, I was told that they had no reservation for us. I showed my email with my confirmation number. The man said I canceled it. I told him I had the reservation on 30. May made. He said he had no table for us, it would be about an hour waiting, they were full, we could sit on the terrace, although it was raining outside and cold. He never apologized for what happened, nothing. We left and we decided we would never go back. He was pretty rude. I'm not happy about the whole situation. The owner should be told about the situation. Would not give them a good assessment and will tell others not to go there."

"The food and service were good. One thing to note is that there was a wait to get in, even with a reservation. When I arrived at the restaurant and gave my name/reservation I was added to the bottom of the list that was being used to seat people. The wait wasn't too long but they don't hold a table based on the reservation."

"after a year rubbed back in the mill and was pleasantly surprised by the updated menu with additional vegan options. there are many beside dishes, a caesar salad, flatbread, appetizers, and currently a curls on the dinner menu that are all clearly labeled vegan. our waitress was vegan and was well versed in recommendations. they had vegan brioche dinner rolls paired with a parsley olive oil type di that was phenomenal. we shared a few side parts and a flatbread everything was very tasteful and beautifully plated. the chef really have some thoughts in some creative vegan dishes that leave their taste bud entertained."

"I really enjoy Rooney's restaurant. Whenever we are in Long Branch, we always make sure to go there. However, if you don't have a seat with an ocean view, the experience is not as good. I specifically choose Rooney's for the ocean views, so I find the dinner menu to be lacking. The food is quite pricey for what you receive. Personally, I think their lunch menu is better."

"Holly and Fernando were both very friendly, providing amazing service! Restaurant is spacious and located by the water, giving off a romantic and intimate dining atmosphere! Now onto the main subject of the review, the food: Tuna and salmon tartar 2/5) Beautifully constructed, but not perfectly seasoned nor were it that fresh. The chips were half soggy, which detracted from enjoying the dish. It's decent but not too memorable. Octopus 5/5) Perfectly cooked and seasoned, with a great sauce that provides a creamy and savory finish! Highly recommend! Ribeye 4/5) Perfectly cooked medium rare, but unevenly seasoned, easy fix though with the salt shaker! Rack of Lamb 2/5) Great flavor, but unfortunately undercooked and was overly rare. Definitely need the sauce though, so I recommend coating it with a bit more sauce, for you can see how some pieces didn't have as much sauce nor did the plate have enough to for each of us to dip it. Seafood Risotto 10/5) No, that's not a typo! This is by far one of the best risotto we ever had and will definitely come back for it in the future! The only minor issue is that many of the meats from the mussel and clams fell off, so it was just a bunch of shells. Nonetheless, highly recommend it and you won't regret it! Tuna Florentina 1/5) Definitely one of our least favorite dish, where the tuna is so flavorless and the orecchiette was unevenly cooked, where some pieces were soft and some were hard. Don't recommend this one. Linguine Carbonara 3.75/5) Very rich, creamy, and seasoned well. Didn't taste bad but also wasn't anything too special; can't go wrong with it though! Soft shell crab pasta 4/5) Fun and delicious dish, where the soft shell crab provided a nice contrast in terms of flavor and texture! Pretty good! Overall, things were good but not perfect unfortunately. Location and service were great as it is, but the food can be improved on. However, food came out quick and together, which is a plus! Blue definitely has amazing potential and I have no doubt they'll continue to grow and improve! Hope next time I can give them the 5 stars that I know they are definitely capable of obtaining! "We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our drinks, specifically wine, arrived promptly followed by delicious appetizers including fried shumai, dumplings, and crab cakes. The portion sizes were just right, with 2 crab cakes, 4 shumai, and 4 dumplings. There was a comfortable wait between appetizers and entrees, which included Steak Diane, Gorgonzola sirloin, and salmon dishes, all of which were flavorful and generously sized. The service was excellent, and we were pleased to have found this restaurant while attending a show at Westbury Music Fair with a 5:30 reservation and 8:00 show time. My friends and I highly recommend Marco Polo's."

"The service from the staff was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. The wine selection was good, although a bit expensive by the glass so it's better to opt for a bottle. The house margarita had a pre-made mix instead of real lime, so next time I'll ask for a hand-crafted one. It was $13. The pork chop was a bit dry but had a nice flavor, just required more effort to chew. Despite these small issues, I will definitely give this place another try."

"This Diner was a really great experience! We ate there in Christmas Eve and Had a nice Chat with the Employees. The Dinner was one of the best meals during our time in the US. We even got Cake on the House. We can absolutely recommend this Diner. The staff was really caring about our wishes, and were really helpful about the lactose intolerance of my daughter. The atmosphere of the Diner was really relaxing. If you're in Secaucus and want to have a nice meal go here and you won't be disappointed."
