"We had reservations for our football family as we were in Orlando for a tournament. The service was so slow. After waiting for a drink for 15 minutes, my husband went to the bar to order. We watched 4 the waitress standing around instead of helping. Our glasses were constantly empty. The food was good, but so slow to get out, and some kids didn't get their meals. Most adults were finished eating, and the children were not served yet. One of the food runners was rude and said she didn't know who ordered what even if we used team numbers to order according to the proposal of our original waitress. Our parents helped the food runners. However, the manager came only one guest article. In addition, we dine at various, less repeatable facilities, and that did not happen. They were very accommodating."
