"Had a gift card I wanted to use, but was told they don 't have gift cards anymore , so they had no way of processing my transaction; I was redirected to the Great Mall location. At this location, I was told this is from a long time ago, and we don 't use these anymore. Under California law, my card doesn 't expire."
