"Unless you call ahead and order you will wait 30 or more mins for a simple grinder. Even if you call in your order you will still wait when you come to pick up. We arrived around noon. There were four or five people already waiting. Only one was waiting to order. After they ordered, we ordered. After we ordered five or six other people arrived that had called ahead to place orders. They all waited 10-15 min for the orders. Even someone who ordered a garden salad waited 10 min. We were the very last people to get out order. We were there for 40 min. We had two simple grinders. Not once did the staff acknowledge that anyone was having to wait. Not once did the staff thank us for being patient. The sandwiches were fresh, and had a lot of meat, but nothing special. Nothing worth waiting for again.What would have made it better, was some sort of acknowledgment from the staff. I’d gladly wait patiently knowing that I hadn’t been forgotten. Customer service makes the difference."
