"Good food, terrible experience and customer service. They forgot to include a cheesesteak sub in the order when it was listed first on the receipt. Did not realize this until we were at home. I called back twice to ask about the missing cheesesteak, and they didn’t pick up either time. I drove back there with the receipt, and the woman working claimed she didn’t believe me and needed to see the bag, which was at home (as the other people were eating their food already). At this point another staff member kindly offered to make it. I guess showing up in a different car wasn’t enough for her to believe that we went all the way home and realized they didn’t include someone’s meal. Good food but a terrible experience overall Service: Take out"
