"I see a lot of bad reviews when it comes to deliveries and I now truly understand why. We ordered food for a handful of our coworkers the other day, at a set time mind you as we are a business afterall, and of course they were late. We figured we'd just order extra early this time to give them more time. It took them 2 HOURS to deliver our food(which consisted of bagels and hash browns, nothing complex) and they were STILL LATE. We let the driver know this is unacceptable because it's a regular occurrence. He then tells us to never order from them again and leaves. After calling, the manager defended their poor actions and didn't apologize. Extremely poor customer service. It's a shame considering our company purchased from them quite often and at one point in time their food was pretty decent."
