"I do not like that there are not half stars bc I would give 4.5 stars. I really, really like Jack's. The food is always delicious and the drinks are great! Jeremy, the bar tender, is very good at his job. I do think management needs to get him more help on the patio though. We love to sit outside on the covered patio. The last few visits though the service seems a bit scattered. The waitresses seems to be pulled in many different directions. I don't know if they are new or are having to work the inside also but they just seem rushed. Jeremy often brings drinks out but he has to rush back inside bc he has to cover the bar too. Other than that I really, really enjoy this restaurant."
