"Drove up from Modesto to give this place a try. I saw lots of beautiful pictures of all the different dishes. I?ve never been here before so this was my first time. I ordered the country skillet as seen in some of the pictures. However mine did not come on a skillet. At Best, this is what I call mediocre cafeteria food. The biscuits and gravy did not have the flavor that you would expect. The potatoes that?s another story. The sausage taste is it had been frozen and quickly thawed out. The portion sizes are fabulous! They are huge! No complaints there. The server did not come to ask me how things were with my meal. They didn?t offer to refill my coffee until I was done eating. The place was not packed at all. I was so disappointed. I look at pictures first before I go places that gives me an idea of having a good culinary experience. When I go to a place, I want to leave four or five stars. I understand that this is peoples livelihoods. Customer service is huge as is providing good quality food."

"Our server could hardly speak English and he was hard to hear. They didn't take our order 20 minutes and then got the orders of our children wrong, they burned my wife's hashbrowns, my red home fries potatoes were uncooked. They first served us uncooked bacon until we sent him back. There was a fly that constantly pestered us."
