"I purchased a whole strawberry shortcake from here. A gal pushed down on the lid to close the box, which is too short for the strawberry shortcake, thus crushing the top. Before I left the store, I opened the box and found some strawberries sticking to the lid. I showed the condition of the cake and asked the cashier to get me a new one. When he showed the gal, the gal just laughed and was not apologetic. This gal needs to be trained with the basics of customer service."
