"This place is not even a one star I had an awful experience at the Great Steak Surf Squeeze located at 11800 W Broad Street Suite 2116. I live in South Carolina and every time I connect to Virginia My daughter and family patronize this place. My daughter and I went in and placed an order. The lady at the register handed my daughter the tray with our food on it. As soon as the tray was placed in my daughter s hands it flipped and all of our food was on the floor. I spoke to the manager about it but he refused to replace our food. He said that we would have to repay in order to get the food replaced. Terrible customer service. Never again will myself as well as my family will patronize this business again."

"I got food poisoning from a great steak sandwich on 9/20/23. I believe the ingredients on the sandwich were tainted or old. I will never eat here again. The address is 500 W. Madison, Chicago, Illinois"
