"I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. Not only did the manager yell at me, but he also told me to go somewhere else because all his employees were busy serving other customers, leaving the line in the subway waiting for a long time. When I asked why all the employees were busy, he rudely told me they were all working and nobody was visiting the subway business. There was no excuse for his offensive behavior. Overall, my meal was not enjoyable because of this manager named Nick."

"What a ripoff. Ordered a 6 inch BMT on flatbread, USUALLY a $4 sandwich, plus chips and a drink, yet my total was almost $9. RIPOFF. "I am not here to beat up on a great customer service place but I do believe I need to be honest......well the Beef and Swiss was dry which made the sandwich a 2 star sandwich, I also got the tuna.....which was okay just sweet......not my thing.....and the salad taste old and the lettuce was wilted......over all the atmosphere was great....good people.....probably will try again in the future.....maybe.....also the potato pancake too greasy...... "I had a fun lunch at the downtown Izzy's restaurant with my daughter today. She really misses their Reuben getta sandwich since moving from Cincinnati to Silver Spring MD last year. We easily found a parking spot around the corner. My daughter had ordered ahead of time it was ready when I got to the pickup counter. Their sourdough bread is great but I substituted a potato pancake and then 2 for the bread. The getta really makes the the sandwich great! The potato pancakes are so tasty. "Always get a pastrami sandwich that is my favorite. The meat is perfectly seasoned, thin and tasty. It comes with an enormous potato pancake that is perfectly fried and seasoned. This meal is my favorite. Today I was just not in the mood for pastrami, so I tried the egg salad sandwich. OMG! That was homemade egg salad. I just want me to be made at home and oh so delicious, without all the peeling of eggs. I was so happy. It will be difficult next time, I go to try to eat here to decide what to get, but a worker Ther told me I can get half of everyone for a meal so that I am elated.. can not wait to go back.. love this place."

"Both the host and our server, Jennifer, delivered outstanding service. The food was served promptly and was all delicious. I especially enjoyed the German cuisine, with the German potato salad being a favorite of my fiancé. The prices were fair considering the restaurant's location on a mountain.
