"average service, very bad administration and bad drive-duration systems. this place has a drive thru access on two sides. in general, the customers do a solid job while tracking where they fall in the line and politely merged into the drive thru. but this morning after waiting with 4 cars on my side of the line, a newly combined car pulled on the other side of the line and cut in front of me. first I waved at the driver to let them know that I was next and waited 10 minutes to work together, but they disregarded my signal and cut me anyway. I chased my horn to signal that this was very rude and unpredictable. When I approached the window, I gave the manager feedback about the situation and she let me know that there is a "no beeping policy, as there is an aggressive behavior and violates the ears of the employees on headsets". I apologised for not being aware of politics, but I let them know that the customer is cutting in front of me. she tells me that it was a “one after one” flow in the system. so in a round, no matter how long they wait on a side of the line, a single car can cut in front of them. she then went on to give me my wrong soaking order she had to change, and then she let me say, "They must go to her baby." I can say that cutting off people in the line is just as aggressive, the drive through the system is absolutely faulty and the way the manager has treated the situation is not blame for the person who cut the line. I was here regularly, but not anymore. I strongly advise you to place another employee on the front window. it is rude and has no professional customer service. if you can recommend to the chamblee dunwoody location near 285/ savoy . they have a normal driver thru and solid customer service:"
